COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CAP2) provides multi-barriered clients with services to improve their quality of life and connections to services within their communities. Services will be flexible and tailored to the needs of each individual client.
Focuses on personal planning, life-skills training and coaching, and advocacy support. Program facilitators work on the clients' behalf to connect them with other services they need in the community, such as mental health, housing, drug or alcohol treatment, legal aid, and child care & family services.
